How much is the fee?
We charge based on number of word in the source document. Our fees are as follows:

| 3 | Proofreading | 0.10 | Review final translation done by third party without referring to the source material. Only highlight errors, no amendment will be done. |

- Urgent jobs are subject to 25% surcharge.
- Source document in non-text format or in hard copy is subject to 20% surcharge for text extraction and basic formatting service.
- Minimum charge is RM80
If you are not sure of the word count, just email us the document and we will give you a quote for free.
How long does it take?
Depends on how big the documents are.
Please allow at least 1 working day for short documents like letter, brochure or pamphlet.
Same day delivery may be possible (depending on workload) but will be subject to 25% surcharge (refer FAQ #1 above).
How to send the document for translation?

How to get the translated document?
The translated document is in MS Words and will be emailed back to you.
If you prefer to get the hardcopy, courier can be arranged at your cost.
How about the payment?
Once you agree with the quotation, upfront payment is required*. Please make online transfer to the following bank account:
